US Recording offers the following studio transfer services for audio recordings.
We use
all professional AMPEX open reel decks, not consumer product. We're quite booked
right
now but we may be able to quote a time frame and costs depending on the work
you have
to have done.Note: These services are only available for recordings
you own the rights to,
not pre-recorded tapes or store bought recordings.

We also offer audio restoration in the digital realm either as a primary or
intermediate step between any of the source and destination formats above at
additional cost. We can remove things like LP clicks and ticks, do equalization
of the audio, and editing. For instance, you might have some old LPS of a college
orchestra that you want mastered. We can then remove the ticks and surface noise,
and remaster it onto audio CDR or open reel tape. We use RMGI EMTEC Open Reel Tape, SM911 for +6 Operating levels and SM900 for +9 operating levels.
